In Loving Memory of Craig Simmons

September 16, 1971 – December 12, 2022

On Monday December 12, 2022, our beloved son Craig died at the age of 51.  He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and was a 1990 graduate of Northeast High School .  In 1994 he also completed the Course in Specification and Blue Print Reading from The Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators.

 He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Nathaniel & Mary, his brother, Sean (Teresa) Easley, SC. Great Uncle’s John Ali and Michael Simmons, Philadelphia,  Uncles, Reed Williams (Gail) and Michael Williams, Greenville, SC. Keith Simmons, Philadelphia, Keith Pfeil (Rhaina) Scranton PA. Great Aunt, Minnie Ali, North Hills,  Aunts Margaret Ann Reese (Bernard) Easley, SC, Diane Mansell (Pat) and Annette Brown, Greenville, SC as well as a host of family and friends.

Craig was raised as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and dedicated himself to Jehovah on June 23, 1990.   He lived his life by a principle of conduct that Jesus taught and known by many as the “Golden Rule”, to treat others like you want to be treated.  Craig was known for his respectfulness, kindness, a willing spirit to assist others, and also a willingness to complete any assignment that was requested of him at the Kingdom and Assembly Halls.

Craig’s most recent employment was at Johnson Controls as a Spec1-Customer Support Order Mgt.  Prior to that he was employed at The Home Depot, Zieger & Sons Wholesale Florist and Harvey Pennington LTD as a Records Administrator.
